Women on Boards: Value All Around
Internationally, there is a call for board diversity to avoid group-think and to respond to stakeholder concerns. There is no doubt that women on board is an important aspect of overall make-up of a diverse board. In the context, measured gender considerations are required by business to address the gender imbalance - as part of the overall considerations relating to board diversity.
