Today, CGI Global and HKCGI submitted our response to the China Securities Regulatory Commission’s (CSRC) Draft for Comment on Regulatory Rules for Board Secretaries of Listed Companies.
We applaud the CSRC for introducing regulations to clarify the role and responsibilities of Board Secretaries. We also recognise the significant progress made to strengthen corporate governance standards in China, and to align domestic and international market standards and practice.
